  8.    03/23/91 Release 3.0 Complete rewrite in Borland C++. This version

  12.    12/20/90  Release 2.3ß (Beta). Corrected problem with Users.Inf file when a
  13.          TPA is installed.

  30.    07/18/90  Program 'SWITCH' now exists to supplement INCOGNITO. Switch
  31.          is a utility to run in a batch file to change all names back
  32.          to original names and security levels. Helps correct corrupted
  33.          users and users.inf files.

  35.    07/16/90  Added support for the sysop to select which message base to
  36.          write the messages in. (Release 1.2)

  38.    07/15/90  Corrected Network File Sharing problem introduced in Version
  39.          1.0. Updated documentation in this release. Released as version

  42.    07/10/90  Corrected problem where security level user originally logged
  43.          in with was the only security level written to the users file.
  44.          Incognito now reads the security level each time and stores it
  45.          properly in the INC users file.
